The Kehl-Strasbourg case study

During the workshop that will be held in Slavutych on 24th October (scheduled time 11:30 – 13:00) some case studies will be presented. One of them is related to the cooperation between two transfrontier cities: Strasbourg (France) and Kehl (Germany).
