Good governance : which priorities is the Centre of expertise investing on?

The first meeting is with the Council of Europe, specifically with the Centre of Expertise on Good Governance.
They have been partners of ENTO in many initiatives and it will be very interesting to learn from their perspective which are the main needs, key-priorities and forthcoming activities in the field of local governance. An opportunity for each of us to set how close is our personal “strategic plan” to the one of a key player in the European context.
