In qualità di Presidente di Ento, vorrei dirvi quanto siamo felici di essere presenti a questo magnifico Studylab, il cui tema parla così universalmente a tutti noi.
L’Ento est un réseau d’organismes de formation actifs dans le domaine des collectivités publiques locales et territoriales.
Issu d’une initiative du Conseil de l’Europe ,il a son siège à Strasbourg et regroupe des organismes issus d’environ 20 pays et régions d’Europe.
Today I am accompanied by delegates from Switzerland of course, Georgia, Ukraine, Lithuania, France, Germany and as far as I am concerned from Belgium.

What is the comparison between the nuclear sarcophagus of this disaster site and this idyllic setting?
Simply in both places, Ento has participated or is participating in a joint reflection on local authorities in the present situation and on the challenges of tomorrow.

La crise de la COVID nous a fait vivre de nouvelles réalités de manière quasi simultanée et universelle.
Nous obligeant tous à nous réinventer de manière innovante et en faisant preuve de résilience.Nous avons du adapter nos modes d’organisation, de travail,de management mais aussi de formation avec ,en corrollaire.la multiplication de l’offre à distance et bien d’autres choses.
Questo è solo l’inizio, la digitalizzazione, che non si limita all’informatizzazione, trasformerà radicalmente la nostra società, alcuni parleranno addirittura di un nuovo paradigma.
E anche lì sarà universalmente e ad un ritmo sempre più accelerato.
Echanger librement et de manière ouverte sur le terrain, sur les perceptions, sur les approches à mettre en œuvre et les méthodes les plus adaptées à utiliser, voila bien le cœur même de l’existence de l’ENTO qui profitera dans le futur d’une plateforme d’échange électronique héritée de l’expérience de la COVID.

As President of Ento, I would like to tell you how happy we are to take part to this wonderful Studylab, whose theme speaks so universally to all of us.
Ento is a network of training organizations active in the field of local and territorial public authorities.

The COVID crisis has made us experience new realities almost simultaneously and universally.
We have had to adapt our organization, work, management and training methods, with the consequent multiplication of distance learning and many other things.
This is only the beginning, digitisation, which is not limited to computerisation, will radically transform our society, some will even speak of a new paradigm.
And even there, it will be universal and at an accelerating pace.
To exchange freely and openly on the field, on the perceptions, on the approaches to be implemented and the most suitable methods to be used, this is the very heart of ENTO’s existence, which will benefit in the future from an electronic exchange platform inherited from the COVID experience.
This is what makes us so happy to share your work with you today.
